Recipe(tried): Taco Sauce (like Chicos) - Great Recipe/Almost Perfect - Thank You
Toppings - Sauces and GraviesI just wanted to thank you for the recipe. My mom has been making the sauce using habeneros instead of jalapenos and it has been a little too spicey for me to enjoy the way I did in the past.
My wife tried the recipe today after I found it last night. I was very pleased by the way everything tasted. This was her first taste of the legendary taco creation. I don't think she ever understood the cravings, and stories that go with Chico's. I have a strong feeling she understands now since she also loved them and found the process very simple.
So, if my "Gringa" from Pennsylvania can cook these and enjoy them as much as I do, then I consider this recipe a Five-Star***** success!
