ISO: Carefree Party (beef) Stroganoff (crock pot)

Misc.

The crock pot beef stroganoff recipe I'm after is called Carefree Party Stroganoff and appears on page 46 of "The Crockery Cookbook" by Marie Robertson Hamm, published in July 1975 and now out-of-print. I've tried it; it's super easy and excellent. With the above information, why do I want the recipe? Mice got into my cookbook cabinet a few years ago (in spite of two cats in residence at the time) and chewed up just enough of pages 45-46 that I can't read ingredient amounts, and it's been long enough since I made it last that I can't remember. :-/ I can, however, still read a note to go easy on the recommended amount of seasoned salt. Thanks!
