ISO: carraba's chocolate sauce for ice cream

I am looking for a recipe for the chocolate sauce Carraba's puts on their vanilla ice cream for birthday treats (and on another of their chocolate desserts). A waitress told me that it is just choc chips, butter, and cream. I have tried, but just can't seem to get the right amounts(or maybe I don't have the right ingredients) This sauce is so good and I'm sure so versatile I would just love the recipe. Thanks to anyone who can help.
