ISO: Cheese Ball - I will try it but still looking for the moment

Thanks Betsy, I will give it a try this week, without the veggies. I know they werent in this charity cheeseball. But maybe this preparation method will at least give the texture I am looking for. Thanks!

If anyone out there has another idea, PLEASE let me know. I want to make these for Christmas gifts because they were like gold when I would buy them for people every year!
