ISO: Help with cheeseball recipe!!!

Please help me find a recipe for a cheese ball that i purchased from an Indiana charity for several years before moving south.
This is a cheese ball that has cream cheese and cheddar of some sort. The ball is not smooth or creamy but is very "crumbly" looking on the inside. The white cream cheese and the cheddar are both visible inside the cheese ball. I taste a bit of garlic and it is of course rolled in pecans.
It is not very hard to slice, but is more loose. There is no pineapple nor is there blue cheese. Anyone have ANY idea about this one????????
