ISO: cheese filled meatballs rolled in crushed tortilla chips - Searching for yummy recipe I saw

I saw a recipe yesterday.(Somewhere) It was ground beef wrapped around colby cheese then rolled in crushed nacho cheese tortilla chips and baked. There were more ingredients and I cannot find the recipe now, and I sooooo want to try it.

Does anyone have the recipe?
There is also a dipping sauce with it.
Please HELP!
