ISO: cheeseballs

I have lost my recipe for a cheeseball that called for either one or two packages of cream cheese, 6 to 8 green onions, chopped, worchestire sauce, accent and 2 jars of dried beef chopped. I need this in a hurry if anyone can help me out as I am supposed to make cheeseballs for a party. I am sure of all the ingredients except I am not sure how many of the cream cheese and not sure of the amount of the worchestire sauce or the accent seasoning. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
