ISO: cheesecake factory linda's fudge cake recipe

Anyone have or know of the recipe for Linda's Fudge Cake from Cheesecake factory. This cake is about 4-5 layers of chocolatey goodness, wrapped up in a thick rich fudge frosting. I think it has sprinkles on the outside, I'm not sure. All I remember is the fudge-yum! Thanks!
