Recipe(tried): Chocolate Eclaire Torte (using pudding and graham crackers)

Desserts - Assorted
CHOCOLATE ECLAIRE TORTE

This is incredibly delicious! It is so quick and easy to make that even non-cooks can whip this one up in no time! No baking required.

2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 ounce) container Non Fat Cool Whip
3 cups skim milk
1 box low fat graham crackers
1 container low-fat Chocolate Frosting (I like to use Snackwells Fudge frosting)

Mix pudding and milk till it starts to thicken, then add the Cool Whip, stirring gently.

Put one layer of crackers evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers. Put another layer of crackers over pudding and top with remainder of pudding mixture. Top with another layer of crackers. Spread chocolate frosting over the graham crackers.

You do not have to use low calorie ingredients.
