ISO: Chiapparellis House Salad (Little Italy in Baltimore)

Misc.
The house salad served at Chiapparelli's Italian Restaurant in Little Italy of Baltimore is fantastic. It is worth the trip just for the salad. I would love to know how to make it to have at home. Anyone that has tried to duplicate it or knows the recipe and would share it - I would greatly appreciate it!!
