ISO: Chicken Giardino - Which one did you try?

Which receipe did you try? The only one I see is the same one. Not being much of a cook, I'm having a hard time with the fact that it lists no amounts for the veg. Also it just says "package of chicken tenders" I don't know how much that is. How you found one that list ingredients amounts for more than the sauce? Thanks
