re: Chicken Giardino - problem - Too much Thyme.

I've been searching a lot of Chicken Giardino recipes, and every one that I have seen that has listed 1 Tbs. of thyme has had people complaining that it overpowers the dish.
I did find one recipe that calls for 1 tsp., so I'd go for that.
