REGINA SALAD DRESSING
Source: Regina Red Wine Vinegar
back of bottle recipe from 1960's
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp ketchup
4 tbsp Regina burgundy wine
4 tbsp Regina red wine vinegar
3/4 cup salad oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
Combine ingredients in order given in a quart jar. Shake thoroughly.
This dressing can be kept for months in the refrigerator, but the garlic clove should be removed after 1 or 2 days.
Shake well before using.
