ISO: Chicken in a salt crust

Misc.

We had a recipe that we got of the old internet, rec.food.recipes I think,
called "Chicken in a Salt Crust". The recipe included these instructions, "...
break the crust with a mallet..." We tried the recipe once and it was fabulous.
We lost the recipe in a computer crash and we have been unable to recreate it
or find it on the net anywhere. We have tried other ".. salt crust" recipes
without much success.

Since nothing ever dissappears from the internet, I am sure that someone out
there has the recipe. If anyone has the recipe, could you post it please?

Thanks,

Dan Emerson
