ISO: chocolate gravy

i know i know lol. But my ex in laws actually made this, so did i but i have lost the recipe. I know it contains, cocoa, flour,sugar,milk,vanill extact and boiling water. I need the amout of each. Anyone please. Yes this is Yummy btw
