ISO: Chocolate Hazelnut Cake/Hazelnusskuchen

Misc.
Am looking for a recipe for a chocolate-hazelnut cake that my German ex-mother-in-law made regularly. It contained ground/chopped milk chocolate, ground/chopped hazelnuts, very little flour (not a flourless cake), several eggs (separated, with whites beaten and folded in). It was extremely moist. I don't recall how much unsalted butter, nor how much sugar were included as ingredients. The butter was not melted, before being incorporated as an ingredient - it was softened and beaten very long with the egg yolks. This is all I remember.
Would greatly appreciate recipe or Net-link info on where to find the recipe.
Many thanks!
