ISO: Cinn-A-Stacks questions - this recipe sounds amazing!

This recipe sounds amazing but I live in England and have no idea what "half and half" is.....is it a sugar/sweetner or a fat of some kind we are a bit slow over here at getting american products lol!
I am really looking forward to trying this recipe with my family! have a Happy Holiday!
