ISO: Coffee Ice Cream Jello Recipe

hi,

i'm trying to find a recipe to make coffee ice cream jello.

it's one of my favorite desserts. but now you can't find the plymouth rock coffee jello boxes anymore to buy. so i'm left to see if i can make it from scratch. i hope i can.

so i'm hoping someone out there has a great recipe to make.

please, could someone help me keep my favorite dessert in my life.
