ISO: cold pack tomatoe juice for pressure canning
Misc.Years ago i had the directions to run raw tomatoes through a squeezo to take seeds and skin out. Put juice in qt. jars with 1 tsp. canning salt. Bring pressure to 15# of pressure and then let it go back to o#. Is this OK to do? Is it safe?
