ISO: Cooked French Dressing

I am looking for a Cooked French Dressing that was served at a Fremont Ohio restaurant way back when.
It did contain tomatoes and was cooked.
I searched the recipes at this site and did not find it, although there are many good ones.
Our local food editor has not responded to my request.
