ISO: Cookies for Enduring Freedom

Misc.
My husband is deployed overseas participating in Operation Enduring Freedom. He wants me to send him some cookies to share with other soldiers, but the packages take 30 days to get to him. Are there any cookie recipes that will keep for that length of time? Thanks for helping me support the troops! A Thankful Army Wife
