Recipe: Old Fashioned Ginger Snaps (no eggs)

Old Fashioned Gingersnaps:(no eggs)
Yield:4-6 dozen
(Thin & crispy, more like ginger wafers.)

1 c. molasses
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbls. ginger
1 rounded tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour

Boil together molasses & butter.Cool.Add ginger,baking soda & flour.

Roll dough thin on floured board & cut with cookie cutters.Bake @ 350 for 8-10 minutes.
