Alison,here is another cookie w/o eggs.These are good!
Pecan Balls:
Makes 30 balls
1/4 lb.butter or margarine,softened
1 c.flour
2 Tbls.sugar
1/4 tsp.salt
1 tsp.vanilla
1 c.chopped pecans
Cream butter & flour together.Add other ingredients.Make into balls.Bake 25 minutes @ 350 degrees F.Roll in powdered sugar when taken from oven.When cool, roll again in powdered sugar.
