Cookies that Travel well

Alison,
I like to take Biscotti when I travel. They are already "stale" as my boyfriend says. I have a Cookie Cookbook @ home that has recipes especially suited to shipping. But I am at work and won't be able to post until this evening.

I would love to send cookies too. I don't bake like I used to due to dieting. But I love baking and would certainly send some if you could get an address for me.
