ISO: Cooking Baked Beans for a group of 20

Misc.
I've been tasked with making baked beans for a group of 20. We are going to be camping and I would like to cook them in a dutch oven but burried in the sand. I've seen this done before as my parents use to do it all the time when I was younger. Unfortunately, both my parents passed away before I could learn how to do them myself. If anyone has any ideas to pass along with a great recipe for baked beans I would be very greatful.

Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.
