I am trying to learn some quick and easy recipes that I can make during the week. I have done very little cooking, and feel all thumbs when in the kitchen. We commute so get home late. Any suggestions on recipes that are quick (20-30 minutes) and easy (even for me) to make? I have a hubby who likes meat and potatoes, and a finicky 9 yr old daughter. I figure if I have enough choices for her to pick from then I am doing all I can. If she gets hungry enough she will eventually eat! But I just want to make sure it tastes worth eating. So far I have been doing frozen dinners and such and we are tiring of those. Would like to be a better cook. Any simple recipes and/or suggestions would be very appreciated! Thank you.
