Recipe(tried): Magic Peanut Butter Cookies - Variation

I love to cook/bake. People are always committing on my cooking.. These are wonderful cookies. I have added a chocolate kiss to the top, oh my they are quite tasty. Also, when I have no Splenda, I use regular sugar.
