ISO: Copelands of New Orleans Crash and Burn drink

Misc.
I am requesting information on how to make the mixed drink that they serve at Copelands of New Orleans called CRASH AND BURN. They serve it in a large glass that resembles a small goldfish bowl. If anyone knows how they make this, please post it. Thank you.
