ISO: crabapple jelly..help!!!!

I made Crabapple Jelly for the first time and would like to know, How long should it take for jelly to set up??

I waited over night for it to cool and its still liquid.
I remade it (with a remake recipie)...same thing, next day its still liquid.

Now over night in the fridge...STILL liquid!

What in the world is going on? I used timers for cooking and followed the directions.
