ISO: Cuban Hot sauce

Im in Florida working and today I ate at a Cuban cafe called La Granja, Pollos Y Carnes A La Brasa. They offered sauces with their meat lunches called Rocota (Hot), Huacatay (Spicy)&Mojito (garlic) that was the best Ive ever had. I would like to make it to use at home. Anyone got any of these recipes?
