Recipe: Artichoke Spread (using cream cheese, horseradish, and bacon)

3 cans (14 oz. each) Roland Artichoke Hearts, quartered, drained
12 garlic cloves, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tbsp. real bacon bits
1/8 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
Roland Fine Sea Salt (add to personal taste)
ground black pepper (add to personal taste)
Add artichokes and garlic to food processor; pulse repeatedly for approximately 15 seconds or until artichokes are finely chopped.
Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, horseradish, and bacon bits; process for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
Spoon into a serving bowl; garnish with parsley.
Serves: 8
