ISO: Different Brunch Ideas

Misc.

I somehow have fallen into the roll of unofficial caterer at our church and my
next project will be a brunch for a group of ladies we call our Priscilla
Partners. This includes our widows and other "senior" ladies. I believe last
year we had about 25 or 30 people attend. The menu last year included Caramel
French Toast, a Breakfast Casserole with bacon, eggs, and cheese, fresh fruit, a
choice of juices and coffee or hot tea.

I would like this years menu to be different, but it seems that most of the
recipes I'm finding are similar with variations in the meats or cheeses in the
casseroles and I've found numerous different French toast type dishes, but they
are indeed, French toast variations.

I had though perhaps some sort of crepes, but I'm afraid that might be rather a
chore for that many. The casseroles are so easy to put together and to serve.

I'll appreciate any ideas and assistance you all can give me.
