ISO: Does anyone have a recipe for pumpkin tirimasu?

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe for pumpkin tirimasu- I had this at a restaurant called Pompolano's last week. Or can anyone at least tell me what ingredient I would substitute the pumpkin for?
