ISO: Don Pablo's Sweet Corn Cakes

I recently went to Don Pablo's for dinner with some family. We tried a side dish I hadn't had before, sweet corn cakes. Everyone loved them and I would like to have the recipe if anyone has it. So far I've only been able to find recipes for corn pancakes, but the sweet corn cakes at Don Pablo's are more like a cornbread mush dished up with an ice cream scoop and served still in the shape of a ball. They are a little sweet, almost like there is some honey in them. Any help in acquiring the recipe would be appreciated. Thank you
