CHILI CON CARNE WINCHESTER
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
2 cans (15 oz. each) kidney beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All Mixed Vegetables, with liquid
Heat oil in 3-quart pot. Add onion and green pepper and cook until soft.
Add ground beef, garlic, stewed tomatoes and kidney beans. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in Veg-All and cook 10 minutes longer.
Makes 6 servings
