Hi Cheryl...Im in the same boat as you:) I just bought one for 8 bucks at the goodwill, because it looked at first glance to have both a video and an instruction book. Instruction book turned out to be an advertisement of some sort and havent yet watched the video. If you get this, and want to know if I got anything useful out of the video or if later on my search turns up anything or if YOU found any info, let me know!!! Thanks all!
