ISO: West Bend Bread Maker Instructions

Misc.
I recently bought an America's Favorite Automatic Bread and Dough Maker by West Bend at a garage sale. I guess the $5 price tag didn't include instructions. Could anyone help me find out how the heck to work this thing? :D

Thanks!
