ISO: Eggs Valentine?

Misc.
Hi all you kitchen wizards out there in Recipe Land!!!!! Can anyone tell me if there is such a thing as Eggs Valentine, a variation of Eggs Benedict that uses filet mignon and bernaise sauce in place of the traditional ham and hollandaise sauce?

I thought I had it once a couple of years back at a brunch but have been unable to find a proper recipe. I would love to make this for my fiancee for Christmas Breakfast so if any of you know what I babbling on about, please let me know.
