FIVE BEAN HOT DISH
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 cup catsup
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 (1 lb) can butter beans, drained
1 (1 lb) can kidney beans, drained
1 (1 lb) can lima beans, drained
1 (1 lb) can pinto beans, drained
1 (1 lb) can pork and beans, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown hamburger and bacon in large skillet.
Add brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, catsup, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling.
Place beans in a large casserole dish and pour sauce over beans. Mix together gently.
Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 40 minutes.
