ISO: El Jalisico's Pollo fundido

I would love to get the recipe for this dish. There are many different ways of eating this but the way I looking for is you don't deep fry the shells. You just have the chicken, cheese, and sauce with a side of rice. I think the sauce has sour cream and cheese all melted into one. It is a great dish and I would love to get the recipe so I can make it at home
