ISO: enchilada soup recipe using cream of chicken soup

If am looking for a recipe for enchilada soup that uses 1 large can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 large can of enchilada sauce, canned green chilies. It's fast and easy and I have misplaced my recipe. Any and all help would be appreciated.
