ISO: Estonian Crumb Cake

My mother-in-law, deceased, was Estonian and made what she called a Crumb Cake. It is make in a pyrex, layer of dough, layer of fruit marmelade, then dough sprinkled on top. When it's finished, it is like a large cookie. Once baked, it's cut into cookie size squares.
