ISO: Fancy Sliced Apple Toppings

Misc.
I have a 7 pound can of White House Fancy Slice Apples
112 ounces

Would like suggestions for garnishing the apples after placing a serving portion in plastic four-ounce portion-control cups.

Would like a variety of suggestions since I plan on using the whole can of apples and would like to serve the desserts cold.

I already have a few ideas but would love suggestions and feedback good or bad on my ideas. Have no idea of amount needed of anything that might be used. Various medical conditions of diners dictate variety of toppings.

Caramel strips or knots or bows.
Chopped walnuts
Toasted pecans
Toasted sweetened flaked coconuts
Hot cinnamon candies--heat some of apples to blend and let cool before garnish.
Crumpled coconut cookies topping and whole cookie
Vanilla cake square with apples on top
Whipped topping--alone or with any of above
Pie pastry cutout-baked
Chocolate curls
Shredded cheddar cheese

And yes, I could make a cobbler--but that has to be served hot!
