ISO: Freezer foolproof appetizers (for my wedding, PLEASE help)

Misc.
I am trying to cater my own wedding. I'd like to have different & delicious
appetizers on my buffet tables, but I must be able to prepare & freeze them
in order to have needed quantity for this one day. If anyone can help with recipes, I'd be very greatful. Thanking you in advance.

P.S. If anyone has favorite garnish ideas (sweet & non sweet) I could use all the help I can get. Obviously, these need not be freezable. Thanks again.
