Re:more info needed....(here it is)
Misc. Judi, Thank you for responding. My reception hall supplies all plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. for a $50.00 "clean-up" fee. I will be having around 75
people. My wedding time is 5:00 p.m. with the reception starting at 6:30 p.m.
I'll have lots of help from family and friends, though I'm a die hard "super-
woman" who likes to do it all! There are two ovens at the reception hall so
baking or reheating will not be a problem and there are 3 ladies that will be
overseeing the kitchen. I've planned on having cold sliced turkey and ham (roasted prior)and a couple vegetable type casserole dishes for those less adventurous guests.I did however want to have a "spread" of irresistable choices
that could make a meal when put together on a plate with the other offerings -
(different salads, chowder, cheeses, breads, crackers, dips, etc.) I hope I'm explaining my thoughts clearly enough.
Budget is not a concern. I realize I could probably have it catered for around
the same money but then the array of selection/choices would be nowhere near
the same, especially when you consider both sweets & non sweets. *Remember too,
I am the worst type of "do it yourself'r"!
