ISO: French Bread w/cream cheese middle Casserole

I am in search of a recipe that I believe some bed and breakfasts serve....However, cannot find it....it is basically a french bread type of make ahead casserole....I do remember that the bread is cut open and some type of flavored cream cheese is put in the middle of the bread before baking.....if anyone has this recipe or one like it for that matter, could you please send to me...?? thank you so much....I have never fixed a Xmas brunch, so this will be a first....Betty
