ISO: French Butter Creme Cookies Recipe - was in flour bag in the 70's

Misc.
PLEASE HELP, I had a recipe flyer I had taken out of the flour bag in the mid 70's, while moving I missplaced some of my families favorite recipes and haven't been able to track this one down. Can anyone help me out, it also had the Russian Tea Cakes recipe on it (That one I have again) THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP AVAILABLE !
