ISO: French Toast Royale

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe for a dish that my husband and I fell in love with in Gatlinburg, Tenn. It's served at a restaurant call Log Cabin. The dish is French toast Royale and has a sauce that is heavenly. Please ,Please help as I'm craving it so much. It is served as French toast , bananas, and this sauce and a sprinkling of powdered sugar .Thanks Frieda of Georgia. P.S. the sauce is the key ingredient.
