ISO: Fresh Tomato Sauce

Misc.
Hi All:
I haven't posted in a while. I've been so busy with the kids off from school. The summer always goes by so fast. It's been a very wet summer here. I didn't plant as much in the garden this year as I intended to. Oh well, there is always next year.

I would also like a homemade tomato sauce recipe. One with plum tomatoes would be perfect. I would like to make up a big batch and freeze for those nights when I turn into taxi driver and need a quick but nutrious dinner.

Thank you.......Karen - New York
