ISO: Friends, I am looking for home baked goodies to send overseas

I know I have asked before, but with no responses I am hoping someone will have discovered something that could work. I currently have several friends in Iraq and would love to send some home baked goodies to them. It must be something that will be good for about three weeks. It usuallt takes 2-3 weeks for them to get their mail there. I can package it if you can give me some recipes! Thanks, Barbara
